Loosen the dial fully first, so the brace slides up more easily. Pull it up over the knee, centre the ring on your kneecap, then turn the dial until it feels snug. If grip in your hands is difficult, contact us before you order and we'll help you choose.
It's a knitted brace made for everyday movement. Whether it fits under trousers depends on the cut — looser trousers are easiest. Loosen the dial when you sit, and take it off whenever it doesn't feel comfortable.
