Free shipping across Canada. Every Northstep order ships free to any address in Canada. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
When will my order ship? Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or statutory holidays are processed the next business day.
How long does delivery take? After processing, delivery takes an estimated 6–9 business days. Remote and northern addresses can take longer. These are estimates, and carrier delays can happen.
Tracking. As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Taxes. Any applicable taxes are shown at checkout before you pay.
Wrong address or a delayed parcel? Please check your shipping address before completing your order. If you spot a mistake, email us right away and we'll try to update it before it ships. If your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days of your order date, contact us at info@northstepco.com and we'll track it down with you.
